This hotel perfectly suits my needs with free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar area, and 24-hour reception. The staff were kind, helping my elderly parents during our first stay, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend!

They charged a pet fee of $75 dollars and the room was $99 dollars

The floor was terribly squeaky. Not so bad for us but probably bothered the people below us!

Rooms are generally clean, and staff were friendly . The location is convenient, perfect for family visits and close to shopping areas.

I liked how big the hotel room was. Very nice. Probably won't be back though because when you travel with children you are looking for a free continental breakfast for this price.

No continental breakfast and the bistro was limited and expensive.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfy and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bedding was soft, and the room felt clean. A nice touch was the refrigerator, which came in handy. I enjoyed the layout, and there was a good sofa area. All in all, it met my needs well.

Clean accommodation, very amiable and extremely helpful staff on the night shift. Tastefully decorated and comfortable quiet rooms with a great bed! Peaceful and decent location, 22 minutes' drive from Manhattan Regional airport. Based in a fabulous area.

No breakfast at all.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with the A/C and a great bed, for instance and that's great!

If you're a waffle lover, the homemade Belgian waffles here are a must-try. They could give any brunch spot a run for its money! Plus, the helpful gentleman at check-in offered up some great local food recommendations, which definitely spiced things up.

Now, the lady serving breakfast seemed to be having one of those days-real no-fun vibes. And between the noise from upstairs and a chilly room, it reminded me of we played musical chairs all night. At least the thermostat was easy to navigate, so kudos for that!

i had a fantastic stay where the front desk team really made me feel welcome while enjoying easy access to parks and landmarks like the us cavalry museum just under 6 km away, allowing me to explore without any hassle during my time there.

I was thrilled with how super clean my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was! The attention to detail. Plus, the soothing environment and comfy beds were perfect for a long night's sleep!
